Q: How do awakened awareness (non-duality) and channeling fit together?

A:  They don’t, because the concept of channeling presumes there is more than One. 

Q: Why would someone who is Awake be a channel?

 A: When a body-mind is empty of personal identification there is nobody judging what happens to it or through it as part of it's daily existence.

Q:  Why would a teacher of non-duality be used as a messenger for Ascended Masters and Archangels?

A: Because these messages arise from stillness and there is no ego/mind involved. Any judgments about the act of transcribing the messages or their content would only come from ego. In a non-dual state of awareness the ego exists only to serve the Self, so neither choice or judgment are determining factors in the role the body/mind plays in the movie of life. In awakened awareness, Self freely expresses through the body/mind however it wants to. If the mind is truly quiet there is no choice about this expression because Self  is the only chooser. In this case, Self uses the body/mind called Aruna to play the role of messenger for “other” cast members in this movie.

 The ego will always want to figure things out or have an opinion. Sometimes, what is perceived by the senses makes no sense within the parameters of ego’s understanding.  In awakened awareness actions occur spontaneously without relying on ego’s ability to understand or pass judgment.

 Only an ego would try to figure out how non-duality and channeling fit together or determine that that they do or don’t. In non-duality all things are possible, as there is only one source that creates it all and this source is not limited by any beliefs or personal opinions.

Q: What is Aruna’s relationship to the Ascended Masters and Archangels?

A: She experiences them the same as she experiences anyone in physical form – another aspect of Self. From a 3-D perspective she considers them friends, equals and teammates in service to the One.

  Q: The Master Messages are from enlightened beings, so why do they speak of light and dark?

A: Because the Master Messages are for those who believe in such things. The aspects of our Self that are called Ascended Masters and Archangels are doing their best to awaken the awareness of all candidates for ascension so they can transcend the illusion of duality. The Master Messages are a guidebook to ascension AND how to prepare for the changes to earth that appear probable in the days to come. Actions are recommended that support awakening and ascension. They also describe how to best care for our human needs should there be a crisis. Their predictions can trigger fear, anger, negative attitudes, etc. in those who are still identified with the past, or received with  acceptance and surrender, detachment and inner peace by the more evolved. The way we respond to them is a clue about where we are in spiritual development. What is going to happen is going to happen. How we respond to what happens will depend on our consciousness. How we respond to the Master Messages and the probabilities they speak of can actually help us determine whether we are ready to fulfill our roles as anchors of light. A true anchor of light will have released negative reactivity and be genuinely peaceful and loving in all circumstances.

Q: Why do the Master Messages say that Aruna’s channeling is clearer than most?

A: Pure awakened awareness does not include any belief systems about right and wrong, good and bad, light and dark, etc. There are no judgments of any kind, only unconditional love and compassion in every situation. The mind continues to have preferences, but they are all subjugated to the spontaneous ways that I AM Presence uses the body/mind to act out its role in the life movie. This way of Being is sometimes referred to as “emptiness.” Aruna’s emptiness allows her to receive the messages exactly as they are delivered without any ego distortions that usually occur in channeling. Aruna is a very experienced channel who knows how to discern the vibration and level of consciousness of the energy she is working with.

Q: It is hard for me to understand some of the language of the Master Messages. Why do they use different language patterns than ours? 

A. Most channelings you read are edited. Aruna has been posting these messages with only very minor corrections to avoid distortion of their purity.
