About Aruna  | Aruna was previously known as Rea Byers, a teaching channel for Ascended Master Saint Germain. While traveling the world to share his wisdom and guidance, she became a psychotherapist and personal development trainer who could also assist in the spiritual evolution of her clients. All this changed in 1993 when she met her final spiritual teacher. Sri H.W.L. Poonja (aka Papaji) http://www.poonja.com. In his presence and with the understanding of his simple teaching, Aruna discovered the silent presence of her Master within. Papaji publicly confirmed this as an Awakening and named her Aruna, saying that the name means the light that goes from heart to heart. This name also refers to the holy Indian mountain Arunachala, home of Papaji's guru, Sri Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi. http://www.sriramanamaharshi.org Life challenged the silence. Everything Aruna had ever judged showed up for review. Emotions she had never known engulfed her for no apparent reason. Limiting behavior patterns became obvious so they could be released. The good news is that the peace, happiness and quiet mind that accompanied that initial awakening never waivered and the light of the I AM Presence became strong enough to be transmitted to others. Following in the tradition of this spiritual lineage, Aruna has been sharing Papaji’s non-duality teaching in satsang. As a Life Coach she shares his simple teaching in conjunction with other tools that help to Awaken True Nature. Aruna stopped channeling publicly after her Awakening in India. In 2005, Ascended Master Saint Germain made his presence known once again, and asked Aruna if she would channel some messages for public awareness. The first 117 are now compiled, edited for ease of understanding, and indexed for easy reference, as the MASTER MESSAGES, volumes I and II. There is also a channeled glossary that by itself would be worth the price of the book. Aruna co-authored a book on channeling that was published in Germany in 1994, and has been teaching people to channel their I AM Presence and/or spirit guides ever since. She recently taught an updated, five-week course, designed by Saint Germain, that is a complete reference and "how-to" guide" for receiving clear guidance from within.
