Using Discernment in Channeling
By Aruna
To be a channel and getting
guidance from a channel have one thing in common: both require the ability to
discern the consciousness of a channeled entity. No deceivers will comment on
their own accuracy, but there are always clues in their messages that can call
your attention to the possibility of deception.
Before channeling, the
most important decision any channel can make is to limit their channeling to
the highest level of awareness. When this is done, the deceivers cannot be
convincing, because their messages contain much more than the light and love of
God. A deceiverÕs message contains desires, motives, goals, tasks to be done,
mental demands, agendas, negative attitudes, ego aggrandizement, etc.
When any of these things
appear in a channeling, the conduit can either accept or reject the message.
Those who believe that everything that they channel is true become prime
targets for deceivers. Once the deceivers qualify a channel as Ògood for their
purposesÓ many deceivers will attempt to use that channel as their conduit.
No channeling can be trusted now. Even experienced, cautious channels must maintain
vigilance to test what is coming to them. This makes everyone vulnerable, not
only the less experienced channel. Everyone wanting to use channeling as an
affirmation of GodÕs will must secure their aura with meditation and/or chanting,
along with decrees that state clearly Òno deceivers are welcome, only Christ
consciousness.Ó
When getting a channeled
reading, always ask, ÒIs this channeling coming from Christ consciousness?Ó All
who deliver messages from the higher realms will welcome this question. Others
may leave as soon as the question is asked. If there is any answer other than
ÒYES,Ó refuse the message. All channels need to make sure on every
channeling occasion that there is no chance of a deceiver coming to call.
According to the
deceivers, a Ògood channelÓ is one who naively believes their channeling is
pure and does not take control of every inter-dimensional contact.
