HOW TO PREPARE TO CHANNEL
By Aruna
ŇI AMÓ consciousness is
available to all. Being quiet and asking for its advice calls this divine
wisdom forth to mental awareness. Being quiet means no thinking. When mental
chatter takes a break from its incessant dialog, quiet moments make it possible
to get inspiration or channeled answers to the mindŐs questions. Mind thwarts
ŇI AMÓ consciousness because it is threatened by it. If it is able to relax and
enjoy the insights it provides, you will have more access to your Master
Within.
No channeling can occur
when the mind is nagging about its desires or complaints. No channeling can
occur when mind closes down the other modes of communicating with others. Both
mind and heart must be able to accept other concepts about human existence
other than what the mind believes.
Two sources of contact to
a higher consciousness than the mind exist. One comes through the mind
as inspiration. The other comes to the mind as channeled information.
Because the mind has a limited understanding of how the cosmos contributes to
the human experience, there is a myriad of reasons it cannot accept direct
communication from other dimensions, unless the concept of other dimensions has
been accepted first. Once accepted, channeling can occur.
Accepting that other
dimensions exist and that there are more beings in the universe for the
body/mind to meet via channeling, makes the concept of channeling less
threatening. Once the mind stops blocking the channel the next step is to find a
qualified mentor to work with.
Preparing for
inter-dimensional contact demands that the mind step aside and the heart be
open. Opening the heart happens when you delete all your opinions. When you are
open to new concepts, and change is ok with you, the heart drops the layers of
protection it has developed to seal itself from your fear.
Peace of mind and heart
openness, plus the curiosity and desire to communicate with new acquaintances
you can learn from, will open your channel to this grace filled adventure in
awareness, called channeling.
